Enterprise Man Arrested for Stalking Victim Over 8 Days; Puts Electronic Tracker on Vehicle

On June 10, 2024, Dothan Police Investigators arrested Jeremie Michael Spencer (43) of Enterprise, AL for Domestic Violence 2nd degree (stalking 1st degree with relationship) and Electronic Stalking 1st degree after an investigation into incidents between May 20, 2024 and May 28, 2024. The victim and Spencer have a previous qualifying relationship under Alabama law. Investigators found Spencer had made or sent threatening text messages and phone calls to the victim over 50 times during this eight-day period. The victim found a tracking device on the vehicle after statements made during one of the phone calls. Video surveillance from the area, obtained by investigators, showed Spencer placing the device on the vehicle days earlier.

The investigation started on May 29, 2024 when the victim reported being harassed by Spencer. Spencer had sent several text messages containing threats and insults. Spencer had also called to threaten violence against the victim several times over the previous eight-day period. Investigators received enough information to obtain two felony warrants for Spencer’s arrest. One warrant charged Spencer for Domestic Violence 2nd degree involving stalking. The second warrant charged Spencer with Electronic Stalking 1st degree. Spencer was arrested on June 10, 2024 and transported to the Houston County Jail. Spencer is being held without bond.

Dothan Man Arrested for Shooting an Unoccupied Car; Being Felon in Possession of Firearm

On June 5, 2024, Dothan Investigators arrested Willie Edward Franklin (38) of Dothan for Shooting into an Unoccupied Vehicle and Certain Person Forbidden to Possess a Firearm after an investigation into a shooting in the 1000 block of South Bell Street. The suspect was identified by surveillance footage in the area. The motivation for the shooting is still under investigation. No injuries were reported, but a vehicle on the street was struck once by gunfire. Once Franklin was identified, it was determined Franklin was forbidden to possess a firearm by Alabama law. Franklin was booked into the Houston County Jail with no bond.

On June 4, 2024, Dothan Police officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 1000 block of South Bell Street. When they arrived, the suspects were gone from the area. While investigating the shooting, officers located multiple shell casings in the area and found a vehicle had been struck by gunfire. Criminal Investigators were assigned to the case.

Investigators were able to interview witnesses and review video cameras in the area. Franklin was identified as the person who fired the round that struck the vehicle. A review of Franklin’s criminal history showed a criminal conviction that made it unlawful for him to possess a firearm. Investigators located and arrested Franklin. He was charged with one count of Shooting into an Unoccupied Vehicle and one count of Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm. The investigation is still ongoing. Three People Arrested in Drug Sting; Investigators Seize Several Drugs and Guns

Special Response Team and Narcotics investigators served a search warrant after a weeks-long investigation and arrested three people as well as seizing drugs and guns. Investigators arrested and charged Jaquez McCraney (32), Desmond Williams (29), and Efosa Willis (25) with several charges relating to the investigation. Police seized drugs, guns, and cash from the search.

For several weeks, VICE/Narcotics Investigators, working on information, were investigating an illegal drug operation in the area of the 900 block of Sixth Avenue in Dothan. Investigators found that people involved were selling drugs including mushrooms, cocaine and marijuana. Since the investigation revealed the suspects were commonly in possession of firearms during the sale of narcotics, the Special Response Team (SRT) was used in the operation.

On May 17, 2024, the Special Response Team, along with the VICE/Narcotics Division investigators, executed a search warrant on the residence. During the search, investigators seized 1 ½ pounds of marijuana, 5.7 ounces of Psilocybin mushrooms, 3 grams of cocaine, 8 Adderall pills, and 2 MDMA (Ecstasy) pills. Investigators also found 3 firearms, which included an AK-47 rifle. A money counter along with $3,400 in US Currency was also found. The following people were arrested following the search:

Man Charged with Assault in Wednesday Morning Shooting

Dothan Police Investigators charged Kenneth Ray Craddock (45) of Dothan with Assault 1st Degree. Craddock was charged after shooting another person in a residence shared with several other individuals in the 300 block of North Bell Street. The victim is receiving treatment at a local hospital for what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. Craddock was taken to the Houston County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

Just after 8:00 am on Wednesday May 8, 2024, Dothan Police officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of North Bell Street for reports of a man with a gunshot wound. Officers arrived on scene within two minutes of being dispatched. Officers entered the house and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. Officers acted quickly and provided basic first aid to the victim until paramedics could arrive. As officers were securing the scene, the suspect, identified as Kenneth Craddock, was walking back to the residence from the 200 block of North Bell Street. Craddock immediately admitted he was the shooter and was detained by officers.

According to people on scene, a verbal dispute led to the shooting. Craddock, after the shooting, left with the firearm and that firearm has not been recovered. During a search warrant of the residence, investigators located two firearms that were not the weapon used in the incident. Kenneth Craddock was arrested and charged with Assault 1st degree with a $30,000 bond.

Man Arrested After Chasing Victim with Vehicle and Ramming her Vehicle Several Times; Man Ends up Flipping Own Vehicle

DOTHAN, Ala.- Dothan Police arrested Keith Shedrick Pullin (35) of Dothan for Attempted Domestic Violence 1st degree and Assault 1st degree after he used his vehicle to ram the victim’s vehicle to try to make her stop. Pullin was taken to the Houston County Jail with a $60,000 bond.

Around midnight on May 2, 2024, Dothan Police were dispatched to a vehicle crash in the 1100 block of East Newton Street. According to multiple people, the incident began at Plum Lounge on Montgomery Highway. The victim, who had a prior domestic relationship with Pullin, was at Plum Lounge to pick up a friend. As the victim was trying to pick up her friend, Pullin approached her and began an argument. The victim rushed her friend into the vehicle to drive away. Pullin ran to his vehicle and began to chase the victim.

Pullin used his vehicle to ram the victim’s vehicle several times in an attempt to make her stop her vehicle. After the last collision, Pullin’s vehicle crashed and overturned. Pullin was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The victim and her friend were checked at the scene for their injuries. After conflicting stories from Pullin and the victim, investigators were able to pull surveillance footage at the intersection of North Oates and West Powell Street that show Pullin chasing the victim’s vehicle.

Once discharged from the hospital, Pullin was arrested and charged with Attempted Domestic Violence 1st degree and Assault 1st degree with a $60,000 bond.

Dothan Man Charged with Domestic Violence After Apartment Break-in Leads to Him Being Detained by Victim’s Friends

DOTHAN, Ala.- Dothan Police arrested and charged Mario Eugene Bianchetti (49) of Dothan with Domestic Violence 1st degree, Attempted Domestic Violence 2nd degree, and resisting arrest after altercation at Dothan apartment complex. Bianchetti was transported to the Houston County Jail on a $78,000 bond.

On May 4, 2024 around 9:45 pm, Dothan Communications Center dispatchers received a call of a burglary in progress at Oates Estates Apartments (3055 Flynn Road) and dispatched the Dothan Police Department.

When officers arrived on scene, two bystanders had the suspect, identified as Mario Bianchetti, detained until police arrived. Police discovered Bianchetti went to an apartment in order to see one of the victims, who had a prior domestic relationship with Bianchetti. Bianchetti, according to witnesses, kicked open the front door to the apartment where he was confronted by the two friends of the victim. Bianchetti became violent and the two friends were able to detain him for police. During the struggle, Bianchetti bit one of the friends. Bianchetti was checked at the scene for head and neck pain while the friend also received treatment for the bite.

It was also discovered Bianchetti had been to the apartment earlier in the day. Bianchetti, during that visit, attempted to kick down the door but was unsuccessful. Bianchetti was arrested and charged with Attempted Domestic Violence 2nd degree (for the earlier attempt to kick the door down), Domestic Violence 1st degree and resisting arrest.

Dothan Man Uses Accelerant to set Truck on Fire after Slashing tires and Catches House on Fire.

On April 27, 2024, Dothan Police Investigators charged Keith Jamer Cleveland (61) of Dothan with two counts of Attempted Murder after a fire at the victim’s residence was determined to be set deliberately. One of the victims and Cleveland had a prior dating relationship.

Shortly after midnight on April 27, 2024, Dothan Police Officers and the Dothan Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Rosewood Drive in Dothan. Initial reports were that a vehicle and residence were fully engulfed by fire. The residents were able to leave the residence before the house caught on fire completely. During the investigation, it was discovered that a victim’s tires were slashed with a sharp instrument before the fire.

The suspect used an accelerant to start the fire of the vehicle before it spread to the residence since it was parked in the garage. Investigators learned that Cleveland had threatened one of the victims with violence prior to the fire starting. Cleveland was arrested and charged with two counts of Attempted Murder for the two victims in the residence. Cleveland’s bonds total $120,000.

Dothan Man charged with 9 counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and 2 counts of Burglary

On April 24, 2024, Investigators arrested Arthur Jordan Hubbard (34) of Dothan for crimes committed between February 8 and March 13. According to Investigators, Hubbard went to a business in the 2800 block of Horace Shepard Drive on February 8 and unlawfully entered 5 different vehicles at the business. Hubbard stole tools and a sign from different vehicles. On February 29, 2024, Hubbard went to a business in the 100 block of Mance Newton Road where he broke into a storage building where he stole power tools. On the same night, Hubbard went to a storage unit business in the 400 block of West Carroll Street and broke into several different storage units. Hubbard was, again, stealing power tools.

Finally, on March 3, 2024, Hubbard went to a business in the 700 block of Harrison Road where he unlawfully entered four different vehicles. Hubbard stole power tools from those vehicles. Hubbard was discovered when trying to sell items that were known to have been stolen from these crimes.

Hubbard has been arrested and charged with 9 counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle and 2 counts of Burglary 3rd degree. His bonds total $130,000.

Dothan Woman tries to Run Down Pedestrians with Vehicle; Assaults Nurse while at Hospital

On April 24, 2024, Robin Osborne Morse (66) was charged with one count of Assault 2nd Degree (assaulting a healthcare worker) and two counts of Harassment (involving officers) while at a local hospital. Morse was taken to the hospital after being involved in three different vehicle crashes. In one crash, Morse was attempting to assault pedestrians in the 800 block of Memphis Street when she crashed into a residence. After leaving the scene, Morse was involved in another crash near the intersection of Third Avenue and Pleasant Drive before leaving the scene. Morse crashed into another vehicle near Southeast Health in the 1100 block of Ross Clark Circle where the vehicle was finally disabled. Morse was taken to a local hospital after the crash.

At about 4:30 pm, Dothan Police Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Memphis Street for reports of a suspect, described as a white female with shoulder length white hair driving a gray sport utility vehicle, attempting to run over pedestrians with her vehicle. After the suspect missed the people walking in the roadway, the female stopped her vehicle and began yelling at the pedestrians. Once past the vehicle, the pedestrians reported the female accelerated her vehicle towards them a second time. While trying to assault citizens with her vehicle, the suspect crashed into a residence after driving over the curb. One of the pedestrians recorded the encounter using a cell phone, which was shown to officers at the scene. After striking the residence, the female left the scene. No pedestrians or citizens on Memphis Street were injured.

Soon after officers arrived on Memphis Street, Dothan Communications Center received another report of a crash near the intersection of Third Avenue and Pleasant Drive that involved a gray SUV. Officers, recognizing the description of the vehicle, immediately responded to the scene. However, the female left the scene of the crash prior to officers getting on scene. A short time after this crash another crash was reported at the intersection of Haven Drive and Ross Clark Circle involving the gray SUV. Officers responded to the scene and found the vehicle with the driver, identified as Robin Morse, at the scene. The vehicle had been disabled from the third crash.

Morse was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment from the crashes. While at the hospital, Morse became disorderly with officers and nurses at the hospital. While trying to treat Morse, she kicked a nurse as well as two officers that were on scene. Morse was restrained by officers and hospital staff.

Morse has been arrested and charged with Assault 2nd degree and two counts of Harassment. More charges are pending from the earlier events and pending toxicology tests.

Dothan Man Charged with Multiple Sex Crimes

In March 2024, the Dothan Police Department was notified by the Department of Human Resources about allegations of inappropriate sexual contact between an adult male and several minor females. The case was assigned to the Special Investigations Unit that handles these types of elite cases. After conducting a methodical investigation, sufficient evidence was discovered that led to 26-year-old Robert Wesley Gibson II being charged with four counts of Sexual Abuse first degree, one count of Sodomy first degree, and one count of Attempted Rape first degree. Gibson was arrested on these charges on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. His total bond was set at $150,000.00.

Due to the sensitive nature of this case along with the Alabama juvenile privacy laws, no further information will be released.
