  Throughout the checkup, doctor Halligan was chewing gum and watching the worldcup. Hemade zero eye contact. Iaccompanied mymother inand although she is61and perfectly capable, the whole time hespoke tome asif she was aninvalid. Heinterrupted uswhen wetried tospeak. Hesaid she should take half aClaritin dwithout specifying dosage, even though wetold him she has high blood pressure. The pharmacist said that (a) heshould have specified dosage because there are different types that can bedangerous with high blood pressureand (b) that Claritin dis not something you can break apart. She was going totake the meds onthe plane--imagine how wrong that could have gone. All inall, let's just hope that heactually diagnosed her correctly and that she ends upfaringok. Never going back tocity mdagain aslong ashe works there.… – show

  They charged myinsurance $300, and mea $40copay, for aflu shot. Ididn't make anappointment, nor did Ieven talk toa doctor. This isillegal under the Affordable CareAct.

  The doctor here verbally told meI was negative for COVID and only had asinus infection. Two days later they send mean email that mytest was positive. Sounprofessional inmaking amisdiagnosis like that. Iended upexposing myhusand and coworkers. Just find another place.

  The nurse and receptionists were great, but wefelt uncomfortable with the treatment from the doctor. Hemade mydaughter and Ifeel asif wewere abother— that our concerns were invalid.

  I went tothis location for arapid COVID test and the staff was very friendly and professional. It’s along process checking inbut Iguess the staff will gladly help those who are not tech savvy enough toregister. It’s agreat way tominimize touching ofpersonal property, it’s hands free process except for you having totouch the “touch screen”. They have abathroom were you can wash your hands. Itwas ahot day and the ACwas good, the chairs/seating arrangement iscomfy. The medical staffseem tobe knowledgeable and they are very supportive. Thank you CityMD team!!… – show

  I have visited CitiMed about four times and each visit has been favorable. There isvery little wait. The front desk staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
  The nurses are patient, and put you atease. They seem tozone inon exactly what mychief medical concerns are and make the transition from nurse toattending physician tothe point that during myinitial examination, they have aclear sense ofmy medical needs.
  I suffer from asthma, allergies and recently received arapid Covid-19rapid test.
  CitiMed isa great pavilion tolarger medical hospitals and serve the communities ofwhich they serve.
